Glenfiddich apartment is a second-floor flat located ten minutes from Waverly Station. This apartment is named after the most popular single malt Scotch whisky is the world. The apartment sleeps up to seven adults comfortably in a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second double/twin bedroom and a third single bedroom. The living room has two leather sofas, one of which converts into a luxury sofa-bed and home entertainment systems including a television, video recorder and DVD player. Glenfiddich apartments kitchen is fully fitted and furnished with hob, oven grill and microwave, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The apartment has a luxury main bathroom with fine Italian ceramics.The apartment has a gas-fired central heating, ironing facilities, security entry system, private off-street park and Internet access port. All linens and towels supplied are freshly laundered and airport/station transfers as well as infant travel cots can be arranged.PLEASE NOTE: The outstanding balance on the account is payable 30 days before arrival (where possible). For which we can accept cash transfer, cheque or credit/debt cards. We will contact you immediately to confirm arrival and final payment details

This is a new built apartment only one and half miles from Princess Street and within walking distance to Holyrod Palace, Scottish Parliament, Dynamic earth Royal mile & Meadowbank Staduim. It has Two Double bedrooms one with en suite, also with extra double sofa bed in the living/Dining Room. The Kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave oven.As it is located steps from the Guest House so we can provide Breakfast on request. All our staff at the guest house and the apartments are cheerful friendly and helpful. All our accommodations are clean comfortable and affordable. Also bus from the door of the block to Princess Street in 5 to 10 minutes To have breakfast it cost £2.50 per person

Recently refurbished, the Halls of Residence - Jewel & Esk College offers a relaxed and friendly base for your visit to Edinburgh. We are the ideal choice for quality accommodation on a budget and with our own premium Spa facility - the Club, we can offer a relaxing experience after a day exploring the City.The majority of accommodation at the Halls of Residence - Jewel & Esk College is in a dormitory style. These standard rooms have ample storage space, a work area, and its own wash facilities. However the bathroom facilities are shared. We do have limited en-suite rooms available. Each floor has two dedicated lounges and pantries available for guest use with food prep facilities - kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge.We have a total of 104 standard rooms and 18 en-suite rooms. Our guests can enjoy complementary Wi-Fi and towels. We also have 24hour CCTV for your security and also a 24hours staff presence.The Club at Halls of Residence - Jewel & Esk College is located next door and houses our Pool and Spa facilities, our fantastic eh15 Restaurant, Hair Salons and Bliss Beauty.Eh15 is our illustrious rooftop restaurant with breath-taking views across the city.Please note:Check-in from 14:00hrsCheck-out at 10:00hrsCancellation policy is 48hrs in advanceThe Club reception is the port of call for all Accommodation enquires and its open Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9.00pm and Saturday/Sunday: 9.00am to 6.00pm. There is a variety of local grocery shops, restaurants etc. close by too and we are very conveniently located for Edinburgh University, Royal Observatory, Newington, Morningside, Grange, Marchmont, Commenwealth Swimming Pool, Arthur's Seat, as well as most of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions.. All linen, towels, bathrobes, heat and light are included in the price. An extensive 'Welcome Pack' of groceries, fresh flowers, cleaning products, etc. is included for your arrival.The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including washer/dryer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. The lounge has hi-fi, video, DVD player, TV etc. Bedrooms have clock-radios and hairdryers.There is a large street map of Edinburgh in the entrance hall and numerous brochures and tourist information sheets supplied.The owner lives nearby and provides a personal welcome.
