Hashorva Guesthouse welcomes you to GjirokasterThe entrance to the B&B is laced with grape vines and an affectionately maintained array of flowers, fruits and vegetables, providing a miniature oasis for visitors. The large guest room has been restored to its original appearance with traditionally carved wooden elements. It is fit for a pasha, with a large double bed, dining room table and extra beds in reserve to accommodate families or travel companions. Staying here helps the visitor to appreciate what Gjirokaster might have been like in the late 18th century. The house is fortified with narrow windows, bolted doors, and a well for drinking water which would have given this family the ability to withstand a small siege in relative security. Beginning in September the family gathers the grapes to make wine and raki, so if you are in Gjirokaster then, it's a particularly wonderful time for a stay. The bathroom is large, clean, and well maintained with 24 hour hot water. Paying a hostel bunk bed price and receiving a nice private room a couple of steps from the very center of the Albanian action is now a choice which you can do!This used to be the apartment where our Albanian family lived since the year 1975, when the building was constructed. We decided to make a Flat to Let in Tirana, as we receive a lot of demand and tourism and travellers seem to 'attack' Albania. It is a spacious lovely three room apartment. We just installed a wireless connection as well so it is really convenient to work and live in it. It has a balcony and two shower rooms, toilets and a bathroom as well. In one of the rooms we decided to leave the kitchen as a facility for people that might need it. It has the charme of communist era buildings, which means familiar and warm. But together with Eri Daka, Albanian modern artist (a artistic follower of Edi Rama - the mayor of Tirana) we renovated the flat so that it has become a real attraction in itself. One can sense the time has passed here starting from difficult communist 70ies and 80ies. Every detail of the apartment has been cared with a lot of love and passion. The location cannot be any better: two minutes walk from the Skanderbeg Square or right behind the Tirana International Hotel, 50 steps to the buses from and to the airport, 5 minutes to Train Station and a stone throw to the minibuses to Durres, Kruja or Shkodra.Without exagerating - our appartments are a good reason to spend a night in Tirana.

Tirana is truly a modern town. A whole lot of new buildings, like the one where our new apartment is situated, inhabit it. We chose this flat because of its location, next to the New Bazaar and the Dibra Road, one of the last roads where you can have a taste of traditional Tirana. This fact apart, our Selvia apartment is situated really closed to Banks, ATMs, gas station, supermarket, drugstores, taxi and bus services, bars and some of the best restaurants of the town. This apartment has wireless internet connection spread in its three rooms and two balconies. Both balconies have the benefit of a beautiful view on the Dajti Mountain, another symbol of the Albanian capital. Great place to relax or work. Optionally book a room with a private bathroom or one with a kitchen upon your needs. No need for too much publicity. Try it and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Tani`s is a friendly local bar and guesthouse with fluent English spoken in the seaside village of Ksamil, two minutes walk from the beach and islands, great for snorkeling and beach parties. It is within 30 minutes walk or a 10 min. bus drive from the ruins of the ancient Roman and medieval Venetian City of Butrint. The guest house consists of shared triple rooms and double private rooms (private rooms are air conditioned). All the rooms have a refrigerator, private bathrooms and most of them have balconies with clothes-horse.Tani`s bar is famous for its draught beer which consists of both local and imported brew.
